“Everything they tried helped. None of it lasted.”

This documentary follows two people through a supervised protocol backed by neuroscience, contemplative practice, and a compound now in fast-tracked FDA Phase 3 trials. It also takes us through the process in the weeks after their experience.

It has been screened to about 1,200 people in cinema, and premieres online to the world on September 22. We are watching it together that evening, with a group discussion afterwards.

You do not need to be a member to come. Friends and family are welcome, and if you are curious about Jaguar Five and have never been to anything of ours, this is a good first one.

We ask for a $10 donation towards the space rental. You can give on the donation page or in cash when you arrive.

Doors open at 6:30 PM and the film starts at 7:00, so please arrive before then. The front door stays locked, so that window is when we can let you in. Plan your trip to Mendota Heights. The address and entry instructions are emailed to you once your RSVP is confirmed, so RSVP with the address you actually read. Seats are limited.

Vibration Meditation

Where

Lake Harriet Spiritual Community
4401 Upton Ave S, Minneapolis

When

Monthly · 7:00 to 8:00 PM

Under the dome of the Lake Harriet Sanctuary, Christopher leads a letting-go meditation style with layers of full-spectrum, custom waveforms through a high fidelity sound system. The somatic bass and massage of harmonics vibrating throughout the church provide a powerful immersion.

Each gathering is held as an intentional container: a brief welcome and grounding to open, an extended immersion in sound, and a quiet close with time to land before returning to the evening.

Vibration Meditation is open to the public. No experience, belief, or background is required. All are welcome. You do not need to register, just show up at LHSC and join in. We start at 7:00 PM. Requested donation range: $0–$20. A portion of this is shared with LHSC.

What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you get comfortable lying down. Chairs are available for those who prefer to sit.

Giving

Help sustain J5 with financial support and/or your participation.

No one is turned away purely due to their donation level.

Requested ranges are listed for sacrament sessions because of their limited availability and the more significant energetic exchange involved.

For those unable to contribute within the requested donation ranges, these are all great forms of contribution outside of financial support: participation with the materials in the J5 Library, using the Integration Workbook, referring others to J5, and attending non-sacrament events.

Donations are accepted by Venmo or cash upon arrival.

ImportantWhen sending, write only the word “donation” in the payment note. Please do not include any other detail.
